Your Role

As the Product Marketing Manager at Clarius, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products in key segments such as Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, and Veterinary. You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing requirements tailored to these segments. Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you will shape product strategy, refine messaging, and provide tools to our sales team and channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources for success.

Market Expertise: Establish yourself as the go-to-authority in your assigned market segments. Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, challenges, competitors, and potential solutions.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing and other Clarius teams to develop comprehensive plans for your specific segments. Ensure that our solutions align with the most critical market needs.

Product and Marketing Requirements: Partner with cross-functional teams to define commercial product requirements and prioritize customer needs for the product roadmap.

Messaging and Positioning: Define product positioning and differentiated value propositions for use in marketing materials, sales training, and customer communications.

Product Readiness: Own the go-to-market plan for assigned segments and products, including market research, pricing, product packaging, promotions, customer validation, case study development and testimonials.

Product Launch: Lead product launches in collaboration with R&D, marketing, and sales teams. Connect campaigns to product capabilities and differentiators to maximize awareness and new customer acquisition.

Distributor and Channel Strategy: Work closely with marketing and sales to develop effective initiatives, campaigns and programs for our distribution and channel partners. Ensure they have the tools needed to communicate our value proposition and drive sales. Examples include up-to-date presentations, collateral, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, white papers, and training

materials.

Key Opinion Leader Development: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and societies in your assigned segments. Enhance product credibility and influence within the market.

Product Adoption Strategies: Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and develop strategies to boost awareness and usage.

Drive Results: Approach all tasks with energy and focus on achieving bottom-line results and customer success. You must be detail-oriented, dynamic, and versatile.

Your Experience So Far:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or business.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or related field in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of launching products and collaborating with distribution channels and partners. Adept at customizing product and marketing strategies to align with the distinct requirements of diverse global regions.
  • Prior involvement in medical imaging, and/or point-of-care ultrasound sectors is highly desirable.
