Product Manager – Copperleaf Asset

We’re looking for a visionary, dedicated, and innovative Product Manager to be responsible for Copperleaf Asset. You would be tasked with assuring that our clients achieve the most value possible from this solution, and that Copperleaf is successful as a result!

You will act as the bridge between groups such as Client Experience, Marketing, Design, Product Development, Sales, and our clients to ensure the team is focused on the highest value problems and that they are being solved in an elegant and innovative fashion. You are responsible for shaping the vision and roadmap of this product area over the coming years.

This role would focus specifically on Copperleaf Asset capabilities from a roadmap perspective but would include opportunities to work on other parts of the product and influence the overall direction of the product suite, as well as opportunities to collaborate with go-to-market teams to achieve revenue targets.

Location:

You will be based in your home office. Preference given to candidates based in Canada and located in the greater Vancouver region. Travel will be limited to several trips annually to the Vancouver, BC head office as well as conferences required to meet business objectives.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $115,000 to $160,000 CAD annually. The top end of this band is targeted to individuals with senior-level Product experience. The base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our compensation package permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our company bonus program and equity offerings, subject to eligibility requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full accountability for the Copperleaf Asset product to ensure it provides exceptional value to our clients and our business
• Define and advocate the product vision, the product roadmap and drive the development of the gt strategy. Align key stakeholders to turn this vision into reality
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, always looking for deeper insight. Understand their needs and goals and use these insights to effectively create the best possible value in the offering
• Define and communicate the business value of client problems and set key success metrics
• Work with the regional and industry teams to develop solutions to accelerate the sale/adoption of Copperleaf Asset
• Be the face of Copperleaf Asset both internally and to our clients/partners. Provide extraordinary experiences to our clients and stakeholders in all interactions
• Perform competitive analysis to develop strategies on how to expand and/or focus our offering
• Contribute to the overall product suite strategy and vision, using the insights gathered through your product experience and the experience working with our markets

You have the following background:

• Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software product organization
• This role can be re-defined as a Senior role for individuals with appropriate experience
• Experience working in cross-functional teams developing products that delight customers and provide exceptional value to the business
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience evangelizing product vision to key internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing a complex product and balancing the needs of numerous stakeholders
• Knowledge of software development practices and ability to understand software tradeoffs, including working in an agile environment
• Experience working with advanced analytics, AI (ML and Gen AI), asset management, or in a technical field such as engineering, is considered an asset
