Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Technology Group, focusing on UX Frameworks. This role is pivotal in shaping the foundational user experience capabilities that power our product suite. You will lead the strategy and execution of our UX frameworks, ensuring they empower designers and developers to deliver consistent, accessible, and delightful user experiences across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for UX frameworks, ensuring alignment with broader platform and product goals.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product teams to deliver scalable, reusable, and performant UX components and systems.
- Champion the adoption of design systems and UX standards across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design and development tools, to enhance UX framework capabilities.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics to guide development and measure impact.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic investments.
- Advocate for accessibility, internationalization, and inclusive design principles in all UX framework initiatives.
- Partner with developer experience and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of UX frameworks into the broader development ecosystem.
- Provide thought leadership in UX tooling and frameworks, contributing to the overall product strategy and innovation agenda.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in UX frameworks, design systems, or developer platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable UX solutions that drive consistency and efficiency across large product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and design system architecture.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for user-centered design and a deep empathy for both designers and developers.
- Experience in enterprise software or technology-driven organizations is a plus.
