Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain secure and scalable platform infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (M365) services and Azure cloud resources.
  • Manage and support Cato Networks SD-WAN and security services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Meraki network infrastructure.
  • Lead and execute change management processes, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform integration, automation, and incident resolution.
  • Contribute to platform strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 administration.
  • Solid background in Cisco and Meraki network technologies.
  • Proficiency in change management frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent technical documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with NetApp storage solutions.
  • Experience with Cato Networks secure SD-WAN and cloud-based network security.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 - 5 years of industry related experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, M365 Certified, Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cato Networks Certified Professional) are a plus.
