Swift Medical is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology and a proven track record in driving product marketing strategies. This role involves working closely with our product, sales, client success, clinical, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, enhance product positioning, and drive customer engagement. The Senior Product Marketer will play a critical role in shaping the market perception of our innovative wound care solutions.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with product management to define product positioning, have ownership of all forms of product communications to the external market, and value propositions.
  • Drive and coordinate competitive intelligence across the organization. Deliver monthly update on competitive activity, collecting competitive selling, pricing, marketing, publications, and intellectual property activity.
  • Coordinate the execution of the product knowledge base. Deliver product release notes.
  • Coordinate development of technical sales information, such as SDK information.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain compelling marketing materials including product information (website and other), presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Develop sales collateral, including battle cards, sales scripts, and competitive analysis. Provide the sales team with the tools and training needed to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Develop and maintain KOL relationships alongside clinical leadership.
  • Own the process for approval and release of all customer-facing materials.
  • Support Demand Generation campaigns and digital marketing efforts by aligning positioning and supporting content development.
What You Bring To Swift
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing in healthcare, preferably to enterprises and providers.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable travelling within North America.
