Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tech sales with several years in channel partner management, sales, or business development.
Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth through partner networks.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com
Growth Mindset - Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Channel Pipeline Generation & Business Development: Develop a robust sales pipeline by collaborating with our channel partners and engaging with their partner and sales teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Salesforce to ensure mutual growth and success in the partner network and drive partner engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support to optimize their success.
Sales Support: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives. Along with partnering internally with BDR’s and AE’s to drive success.
Training and Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products. Along with partnering internally with Partner & Alliances Manager, BDR’s and AE’s to drive success.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner performance, market trends, and channel metrics to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales (BDR and AE’s), marketing, and product development, to align partner strategies with company goals.
Compensation
Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions. The starting salary band for this role is $85-110K
Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits.
