Product Enablement Specialist

We’re looking for a Product Enablement Specialist to join our Product team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Product Enablement Specialist, you will be working on the Product Enablement team to strengthen internal stakeholder relationships through better cohesion, transparency, and documentation. Although this role will work with many internal teams, a key focus of this role will be identifying opportunities to better represent our product in partnership with our sales and marketing teams.

Skills
Traction Rec’rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience making complex workflows and processes easy to understand, train, and remember
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborated with different stakeholders to breakdown and streamline business processes, identify and address risks, and implement process improvements
- Writing and content creation abilities to effectively produce sales and marketing materials representing the recommended uses of the product
- Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked in nonprofit, community centers.
- You’re a results oriented person who likes to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
- You’re energized by a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop the structure, templates, initial content, and maintenance of Product Documentation (eg. User Guides, Release Notes, Training)
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and present content representing the product offerings (eg. Newsletters, Product Updates, Surveys, User Conferences Presentations, and Webinars)
- Lead the development of process improvements across the R&D, Services, and Support teams as it relates to product knowledge and communications
- Work with the Product Managers to effectively plan and document the expected product usage for the various internal and external audiences
- Gather insights from the implementation, support, and product usage data to identify product documentation and training gaps
- Own the relationship and communication with Integration Partners
Compensation
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
