We’re looking for a Product Manager specialized in Finance to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Product Manager, your top priority is leading the improvements and feature development of this very core set of product capabilities as they relate to finance, specifically invoicing and revenue recognition. This includes meeting with customers to understand their needs, making decisions on which are the highest value, validating this with partners and in-house teams, and aligning this with the product strategy. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing product requirements, leading user experience, development, quality assurance, and other teams through feature development and release.

Skills
Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- Prior experience working with finance with a comprehension of GAAP, particularly in the areas of invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Excellence in gathering customer requirements, evaluating market conditions, and discerning new ideas to maximize the value delivered by the R&D team
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Experience working on the Salesforce platform
- Familiarity with an Agile framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked in nonprofit, community centers.
- You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement product features based on the product roadmap
- Collect and analyze ideas, needs, and feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Lead and coordinate cross functional teams, including user experience, development, quality assurance, as well as other services and support roles
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
- Produce documentation that is engaging, informative, and easy to understand
- Travel to clients (Must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction)
Compensation
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $90,000-$110,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
