We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Account Executive, you will be working with community organizations to help them leverage Traction Rec to achieve their vision of success. We are building the best software in the community center management space and we are looking for values focused individuals to join our growing team. You will spend the majority of your day in high value conversations with clients and partners as a trusted advisor. This role is focused on driving sales to help fuel the growth of the Traction Rec team.

Skills
Traction Rec’rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in client facing B2B sales (SaaS specific experience a benefit)
- A track record of successful quota achievement and successful in net new customer acquisition
- Ability to build relationships with client leadership and establish trusted advisor status through strong business acumen
- A passion for working with nonprofit or community organizations
- Experience or strong interest in business application or CRM technology
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrating collaboration and excitement to build a business
- Proven proficiency in account/territory planning and account engagement strategies
- Implementation of sales strategies and methodologies (such as MEDDIC).
- Demonstrate success in fast-paced, collaborative team selling environments
- Bonus points if you’ve spent time in nonprofit, community centers or Salesforce ecosystem.
What You Will Be Doing
- Territory planning and prospect activities
- Lead generation at target accounts and key stakeholder engagement
- Promote and attend industry events
- Sales discovery and qualification using established sales methodology
- Drive sales strategy plans and execution to consistently achieve or exceed sales revenue and activity goals.
- Identification of organization pain points and objectives while aligning to Traction Rec solutions
- Relationship management with multiple stakeholders at various levels
- Client presentations (remote and onsite) to large and small audiences
- Management of contracting, negotiation, objection handling and client procurement processes
- On-going account management and advocacy for client success
- Building brand awareness in target markets
- Working alongside key external partners while executing joint strategies
- Seek growth opportunities and new business value to maximize sales
- Coordination between clients, partners and internal team members aligning stakeholders for mutual success
- Working hands on with internal business applications for collaboration
- Travel expected roughly every other month
Compensation
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The base salary for this role is $85,000 with on target earnings (OTE) of $145,000, which includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary.
