We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As our Data Analyst, your top priority is design and development and maintenance of SQL scripts to support migration of Client’s legacy data to Salesforce. This role directly supports our professional services, customers’ success and product teams. The Data Analyst is focused on how to make our customers' lives easier during initial system migration, operational upgrades and support situations.

Skills:
Traction Rec’rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. For this role, you might have:

  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.
  • Experience with data modeling, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Experience delivering solutions on the Azure platform is an asset
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience executing analysis on legacy data sources and communicating directly with business stakeholders to identify data issues, implement business rules, execute data cleanup tasks or transformations
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication for working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bonus points if:

    • You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analyzing external/legacy system data structures (Relational data model) and developing data migration/integrations with Salesforce
  • Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
  • Work and communicate directly with our customers to understand their data and help them understand it too
  • Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
  • Build and maintain reusable data tools for professional services data migration
  • Custom script development, data migration or manipulation to support customer success or professional services teams
  • Support customer success team data needs during new product releases or upgrades
  • Propose and maintain data solution strategies and roadmaps

Compensation

At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.

The starting salary band for this role is $85,000-$90,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
