Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and be part of our next stage of growth. As the Product Manager, your top priority is meeting with customers to understand their needs, making decisions on which are the highest value, validating this with partners and in-house teams, and aligning this with the product strategy. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing product requirements and leading user experience, engineering, quality assurance, and other teams through feature development and release.

Skills
Traction Rec’rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse traditional backgrounds. For this role, you might have:
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of guiding products from concept to launch.
- Excellence in gathering customer requirements, evaluating marketing conditions, and discerning new ideas to maximize the value delivered by the R&D team
- Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from initial discovery and roadmap planning to post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Familiarity with an Agile framework

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and implement product features that align with the product roadmap and deliver meaningful value to customers and the business.
- Uncover customer needs through both qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing feedback, usage data, and competitive insights to inform product direction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate customer and market insights into a compelling product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap.
- Lead and coordinate cross functional teams including design, development, quality assurance, and support to break down complex problems into clear, actionable user stories that drive measurable outcomes.
- Apply Agile and continuous delivery principles to ensure efficient, iterative development and successful, on-time releases.
- Leverage data and analytical thinking to evaluate product performance, track adoption, and continuously improve the user experience and business impact.
- Communicate the “why” behind the product effectively across audiences, inspiring alignment among engineers, executives, and customers through clear storytelling.
- Produce engaging, accessible documentation that enhances product understanding, drives adoption, and contributes to an exceptional customer experience.
Compensation
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $95,000-$105,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience, skill level, and internal equity related to the role.
