We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive operations professional to support Tree Forecasting by partnering with Revenue Operations to translate forward-looking revenue forecasts and customer orders into accurate tree planting forecasts by location, site, and tree type, while coordinating execution with internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate contract records, reporting, and data integrity across planting, verification, and allocation, identifying issues and opportunities early, and driving solutions. In addition, you’ll help build and document scalable workflows and SOPs, surface bottlenecks and automation opportunities, and provide administrative and analytical support to Field Operations, including planting partner setup, performance tracking, reporting, and ongoing platform data management.
6 Month Key Outcomes (6mKOs)
- Collaborate with our Field Operations and Customer Success teams to optimize and document our customer order fulfillment process and ensure all key customer timelines are met.
- Develop and deploy a process to accurately track aging inventory and create dashboards to communicate statuses to relevant teams.
What You’ll Do:
Tree Forecasting & Order Fulfillment:
- Work with Revenue Operations team to understand forward looking revenue forecasts across current customer base
- Translate revenue forecasts into tree planting forecasts by location, site, tree type, or whatever relevant vector
- Translate customer orders into monthly, quarterly, or annual planting purchase orders and coordinate execution with planting partners
- Add contracts into database and review for accuracy
- Maintain accurate reporting against tree planting, tree verification, and tree allocation
- Identify problems or opportunities ahead of time and proactively find solutions or build strategies
Workflow/Process creation and documentation:
- Assist to document and implement workflows and communicate with relevant stakeholders - both internal and external
- Assist with the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
- Identify areas for automation improvement
Provide administrative assistance to other departments, particularly the Field Operations team, to support with new planting partner setup and ongoing management:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents in order to advise Field Operations teams on the tree planting needs (ie. where planting partners are falling behind)
- Assist with maintaining & updating spreadsheets to ensure accurate records of operational and sensitive financial data
- Assist with tree order data management within platform
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot or other ERPs/CRMs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

veritree ensures that compensation is reviewed fairly and consistently, with opportunities for salary progression tied to sustained performance. As such, the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 CAD.
This range is positioned around the 50th-75th percentile of market data we’ve collected, reflecting our commitment to competitive pay. Final offer amounts are based on individual experience and skillset of the candidate demonstrated during the recruitment process.
We reserve the >75th percentile of our salary ranges for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at veritree.
